Our main divisions – transport, aggregates, stockfood, civil, storage & logistics – are supported centrally by dispatch, administration, workshop and engineering groups based in Matamata, New Zealand.
It takes a broad team of people to keep things moving.
We operate a transport workshop to keep our fleet on the road. Our heavy machinery workshop keeps our civil and quarry kit operational. To supply these workshops we maintain an extensive parts warehouse. Our field service vehicles travel across our operation, servicing equipment on the job.
Our staff service and rebuild our plant in our facilities.
What we can’t get off a shelf or doesn’t fit our needs we build and fabricate ourselves. We are happy to roll up our sleeves and get stuck into a challenge. Installing new kit, upgrading and maintaining the fixed plant at our 10 quarries keeps us busy.
What gets used where is managed by a team of dispatchers and key people across civil, storage and logistics. This is the busy centre of J Swap where we provision resources for civil work, concrete plants, stock food delivery, forestry construction and shipping logistics. We also coordinate sub-contractors and other parts of our supply chain and projects.
We do a lot of work for a lot of people, and use a lot of stuff to make it happen. A multi-disciplinary administration team keep track of the details, answer phones and provide support for people in the field.
